Human Resources Administrator
Salary Range: D.O.Q.
Ensure compliance with County policies, collective bargaining agreements, state and federal requirements. Preserve confidentiality of sensitive and personal information. Primary duties -supervising the recruitment and selection process for several county departments & agencies; managing the County’s Unemployment program including IDES reporting; assisting in the coordination of training and development programs.
Minimum of 4 years exp. performing complex and resp. duties in H.R. with an emphasis in recruiting and job placement. Public sector exp. in a union environment & PHR certification strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills a must. Knowledge of Federal and state employment law; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; Excellent organizational word processing and spreadsheet skills as well as exp. in working with databases.
